- After: we’ll schedule a 30-minute Zoom session for the next day so we can present your plan to you, explain how to utilize it, and then send you off feeling confident and ready to plan your launch

What is a VIP Day?
A VIP Day is a full day, 7-hour strategy session with us focusing on your launch plan. This is perfect for the business owner set to launch a new program, service, book, webinar, etc. If you’re launching it, we’re here to help!
Can I bring a team member to the session?
Of course! We would love to meet with you and your team.
What is the refund policy?
Due to the time and scope of work, we do not offer refunds.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule my VIP Day?
As stated above, these VIP Sessions are non-refundable, but you can reschedule your VIP Day for another available date (in the next 90 days) with 24 hours notice. There will be NO FEE to reschedule your VIP Day the first time. There will be a $250 fee if you need to reschedule outside of the first 90 days. This is by design. This ensures that you will be able to launch on time!
Will I have to hire you for every launch that I have?
You don’t have to, but of course we will be here for you if you need another VIP Day for your next project! No two projects are the same!
Ok! Now that I have the plan… who’s going to manage this whole process?
This VIP Day is designed for you to be able to hit the ground running, BUT you CAN hire us for the duration of the plan! Feel free to reach out to us about that!
